  1. Disconnect the body control module (BCM) connector C3.
  2. Connect a jumper wire (10 A) between the BCM connector C3 terminal B2 and terminal A4 (battery power).

Do the HVAC illumination lamps illuminate?

Go to Step 3

Replace the BCM.

Is the repair complete?

Go To Interior Lights Dimming Diagnostic System Check

  1. Disconnect the HVAC control head connector.
  2. Connect a DMM between ground and:
  3. • the (C60)=HVAC control head connector C1 terminal K.
    • the (CJ2)=HVAC control head connector terminal C1.
  4. Check for continuity in CKT 150 to G202.

Is continuity present in CKT 150 to ground?

  1. Connect the DMM between the BCM connector C3 terminal B2 and:
  2. • the (C60)=HVAC control head connector C1 terminal J.
    • the (CJ2)=HVAC control head connector terminal C16.
  3. Check for continuity in CKT 390 between the HVAC control head and the BCM connectors.

Is continuity present in CKT 390 between the HVAC control head and the BCM connectors?

Repair the open in CKT 150 between the HVAC control head connector and G202.

Is the repair complete?

Repair the open in CKT 390.

Is the repair complete?
