one.
- Disconnect the underhood electrical center connector C3.
- Disconnect the Horn connector, if it is not disconnected.

electrical center connector C3 terminal A9 and the relay side of the Horn
connector terminal B.
Is the resistance within the specified range?

- Measure the resistance between the splice pack side of the horn
connector terminal A and the horn side of splice pack #100 terminal A.

- Disconnect under underhood electrical connector C2.
- Using a jumper wire, ground the relay side of the underhood electrical
center connector C2 terminal C8.
- Measure the voltage between the relay side of the underhood electrical
center connector C3 terminal A9 and a good ground.
Is the voltage within the specified range?

- Using a jumper wire, ground the relay side of the underhood electrical
