Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 63735 Size: SH
  1. Remove the roof panel. Refer to Roof Lift Off Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 63737 Size: SH
  2. Remove the headliner from the roof panel by peeling away the glued areas of the headliner from the roof panel.
  3. Remove any adhesive residue from the roof panel headliner contact area.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 63737 Size: SH
  1. Remove the release paper from the adhesive on the headliner contact areas.
  2. Install the headliner to the roof lift off panel. Press on the adhesive contact areas to set the adhesive.
  3. Using a spatula, tuck the headliner between the roof panel and the roof frame.

  4. Install the roof lift off panel. Refer to Roof Lift Off Panel Replacement .
