Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 71222 Size: SH
  1. Remove the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Power with Adjuster or Manual Seat Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 171522 Size: SH
  2. Tilt the seat back forward.
  3. Unhook the seatback cover lower J strips.
  4. Unzip the seatback cover.
  5. Reposition the cover unhooking the hook and loop fasteners.
  6. Pull the cover up over the top of the headrest.
  7. Remove the upper fasteners attaching the foam.
  8. Remove the foam.

    9. Object Number: 171524 Size: SH
  9. Remove the release cable lever from the seat frame. Depress the locking tabs and push the lever out of the seatback.
  10. Remove the bezel from the lever.

    11. Object Number: 171522 Size: SH
  11. Remove the seatback cover.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 171524 Size: SH
  1. Install the cover and seatback release lever bezel to the seatback release lever.
  2. Install the seatback release lever to the seatback.
  3. Install the foam.
  4. Attach the foam's top straps with fir tree fasteners.

    5. Object Number: 171522 Size: SH
  5. Position the cover over the foam.
  6. Zip the cover closed.
  7. Hook the seatback lower trim cover J strip.

    8. Object Number: 71222 Size: SH
  8. Install the seat. Refer to Manual Seat Replacement .
