Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 71215 Size: SH
  1. Remove the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Power with Adjuster .

    2. Object Number: 71218 Size: SH
  2. Unzip the zipper at the top of the pillow insert.
  3. Undo the insert pillow lower J strips.
  4. Tip the side of the insert pillow outward to expose the upper side push in fir tree fasteners that attach the cover to the seat frame.
  5. Slightly raise the fir tree fasteners.
  6. Slide the cover tabs out from under the upper fasteners.
  7. Slide the insert pillow tabs out from under the upper fasteners.
  8. Remove the insert pillow.

  9. Slightly raise the fir tree fasteners attaching the seatback cover to the seat frame.
  10. Slide the cover tabs out from under the fir tree fasteners attaching the cover to the seat frame.
  11. Unzip the seatback cover upper zipper.
  12. Pull the seatback cover up over the headrest.
  13. Remove the foam upper retaining strap fir tree fasteners.
  14. Remove the foam.

  15. Remove the release lever from the seatback.
  16. Remove the bezel and cover from the release lever.
  17. Remove the bezel from the cover.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 171524 Size: SH
  1. Install the cover and the release lever bezel to the seatback release lever.
  2. Install the seatback release lever to the seatback frame.

    3. Object Number: 71218 Size: SH
  3. Install the seat foam. Attach the top straps with fir tree fasteners.
  4. Position the seatback cover over the foam and the seatback frame.
  5. Install the lower and middle side tab openings to the fir tree fasteners.
  6. Push the fir tree fasteners in tight.
  7. Zip the upper zipper closed.
  8. Tuck the lower corners of the cover over the foam.
  9. Position the insert pillow.
  10. Install the upper insert pillow tabs to the fir tree fasteners.
  11. Install the seatback cover upper tabs to the fir tree fasteners.
  12. Push the fir tree fasteners in tight.
  13. Zip the upper zipper closed.
  14. Fasten the lower J strip.

  15. Install the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Power with Adjuster .
