Problem

Rattle from the manual shift lever art 3600 RPM.

Possible Cause

Internal parts of the shift lever rattle.

Correction

1. Road test at 3600 RPM and listen for the rattle.
2. Apply pressure to the shift lever and listen for the noise to change.
3. Replace the shift lever assembly.

Problem

Itching noise from the center of the accessory trim panel.

Possible Cause

The accessory trim panel is rubbing on the console carrier.

Correction

1. Road test on a surface that twists the body or push on the console while listening for itch.
2. Remove the rear accessory trim panel attachments.
3. Add small pieces of black flocked material on the console carrier below the rear edge of the trim panel.
4. Also add a piece of black flocked material on the carrier below the rear edge of the traction control switch.
5. Reinstall the attachments.
