Problem

Rattle from under a sport seat.

Possible Cause

The lumbar pump is loose in its mounting bracket.

Correction

1. Road test and apply pressure to the lumbar pump.
2. Insert a 50 mm (2 in) piece of hook and loop material on top of the pump between the pump and the mounting bracket.

Problem

Rattle from under the passenger seat with passenger seat unoccupied.

Possible Cause

The seat belt is not fully retracted and is rattling on the door sill.

Correction

1. Road test for noise and check to see if the passenger seat belt is fully retracted.
2. Instruct the passenger to guide the seat belt into the retractor when unbuckling.
