When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

This is a service VME involving 1997-2004 Corvettes

Corvette (Y- Body) 1997 - 2004. Blotches In All Corvette Glass

I have received several calls regarding a blotchy or spotty condition that is present in Corvette glass. Corvette uses a glass that is compatible with European tempering requirements. The tempering process used to meet the European requirements produces this blotchy or spotty condition. All 1997-2004 Corvette glass has this appearance, replacing the glass will not eliminate this condition. This is Dave Peacy, the Corvette Brand Quality Manager

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
