    Object Number: 363583 Size: SH

    Important: 

       • Do not remove the check valve from the air injection reaction (AIR) pipe unless service is required.
       • Do not remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust manifold unless service is required.

  1. Remove the AIR pipe, with check valve, bolts, and gasket from the left exhaust manifold.

    2. Object Number: 53269 Size: SH
  2. Remove the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.

    3. Do not remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils unless required.

  3. Remove the oxygen sensor from the manifold.

    4. Object Number: 639834 Size: SH
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold, bolts, and gasket.
  5. Discard the gasket.
  6. Remove the heat shield and bolts, if required.
