The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.

Condition/Concern:

Some customers may experience a no crank condition at times with no codes in any module. The concern may also be followed by a transmission range indicator (PRNDL) that is Inoperative. The Tech 2 will shows the transmission range circuits are all reading "High" when any gear is selected.

Recommendation/Instructions:

Check for a loose or broken ground G402 at the right rear suspension cradle. See Document ID # 1495107.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
