Door Trim Panel Assembly

Tip

1. Use a J 38778 Door Trim Panel Removal Tool in the slot provided at the bottom rear edge of the trim panel.
2. Pull the rest of the pins on the trim panel loose with a sharp motion pulling away from the door.
3. Lift upward on the trim panel to release the clips across the top of the door panel.
4. Disconnect the main wiring harness.

Front Side Door Trim Retainer (Qty: 8)

Tip
Check the grommets that are left in the door to make sure all 8 are still in the door tightly, and with no cracks. If the door panel has been removed twice, replace all grommets to avoid door trim panel rattles.
