Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Corvette 🢒 Driveline/Axle 🢒 Rear Drive Axle 🢒 Differential Cooler Fitting Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Lower and support the rear of the exhaust system.
  3. Install a drain pan under the vehicle.

    4. Object Number: 1506360 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the differential cooler line from the differential cooler. Refer to Differential Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick Connect Fitting .
  5. Remove the differential cooler fitting from the differential cooler.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1506360 Size: SH
  1. Install the differential cooler fitting to the differential cooler.

    2. Tighten

        • Tighten the 1/2 in fitting to 28 N·m (21 lb ft).
        • Tighten the 3/8 in fitting to 18 N·m (13 lb ft).
  2. Connect the differential cooler line to the differential cooler. Refer to Differential Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick Connect Fitting .
  3. Fill the differential fluid. Refer to Rear Axle Lubricant Level Inspection .
  4. Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
  5. Raise and secure the rear of the exhaust system.
  6. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
