Preliminary Procedure Open the hood in order to access and service the wiper blade inserts.
1	Windshield Wiper Blade Insert Tip Pull the wiper insert from the claws on the wiper arm blade and ensure the claw is secured to the notched end of the element after the element has been replaced.
