Removal Procedure
- Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Release the transmission vent hose from the lower retaining clip.
- Remove the transmission vent hose from the transmission vent tube.
Important: Observe the orientation of the transmission vent hose check valve prior to removal of the hose.
Installation Procedure
- Install the transmission vent hose to the transmission vent tube.
- Secure the transmission vent hose to the lower retaining clip.
- Lower the vehicle.
Orient the transmission vent hose check valve as noted during prior to removal.
