Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1224374 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster assembly. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the left air temperature actuator.
  3. Remove the actuator mounting screws.
  4. Remove the actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1224374 Size: SH
  1. Install the left air temperature actuator.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the actuator mounting screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N·m (14 lb in).

  3. Connect the actuator electrical connector.
  4. Install the I/P cluster assembly. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
  5. Recalibrate the actuators. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .
