Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Removal 7.0L


    Object Number: 1552511 Size: SH

    Important: 

       • Place the valve rocker arms and valve pushrods in a rack so they can be installed in the same location from which they were removed.
       • Note the locations of the intake (1) and exhaust (2) valve rocker arms.

  1. Remove the valve rocker arm bolts (214).
  2. Remove the valve rocker arms (213).

  3. Remove the valve pushrods (212).

    Important: Place the valve rocker arms, valve pushrods, and pivot support in a rack so they can be installed in the same location from which they were removed.

  1. Remove the valve rocker arm bolts.
  2. Remove the valve rocker arms.

    4. Object Number: 260142 Size: SH
  4. Remove the pushrods.
