DEFINITION: When driving the vehicle at various speeds, a squeaking sound occurs.

A broken or missing snap ring on the rear bearing housing assembly
  1. Remove the driveline tube. Refer to Driveline Support Assembly Replacement or Driveline Support Overhaul .
  2. Inspect and repair, as necessary.
