Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1506927 Size: SH
  1. Remove the screws (1) from the top retainer.
  2. Remove the compression seal panel from the number 1 bow. Refer to Folding Top Seal Compression Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove both side rail weatherstrips and retainers.
  4. Remove the tension cable. Refer to Folding Top Cover Side Tension Cable Replacement .
  5. Remove the top material from the number 5 bow.
  6. Disconnect rear window heated glass electrical connection.
  7. Pull top material out of the number 2, 3 and 4 bows.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 214592 Size: SH
  1. Slide the top cover through the roof bows (2, 3, 4).
  2. Attach the rear window electrical connector.
  3. Attach the top cover to the number 5 (5) bow by pressing seam into the number 5 bow groove.
  4. Install tension cable. Refer to Folding Top Cover Side Tension Cable Replacement .
  5. Install both side rail weatherstrips and retainers.

    6. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  6. Install the screws (1) to the top retainer.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  7. Install compression seal panel. Refer to Folding Top Seal Compression Panel Replacement .
