Preliminary Procedures

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
2. Remove the right front wheel house liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
3. Drain the coolant. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling
4. Remove the charge air cooler coolant hoses - radiator to pump. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Pump
5. Remove the charge air cooler coolant hoses - pump to cooler. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Pump to Cooler

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
10.5 N·m (93 lb in)
