Removal Procedure
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Remove the tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Using a back-up wrench to prevent the link stud from rotating, remove the stabilizer shaft link nuts from the lower control arms.
- Using a back-up wrench to prevent the link stud from rotating, remove the stabilizer shaft link nuts and links from the shaft.
Installation Procedure
- Using a back-up wrench to prevent the link stud from rotating, install the stabilizer shaft links and link nuts and tighten to 60 N·m (44 lb ft) plus 30 degrees.
- Install the tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Lower the vehicle.
