Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement LS3, LS7

1. Place drain pans under the vehicle as needed.
2. Remove as much power steering fluid from the remote power steering fluid reservoir as possible.



3. Remove the clamp retaining the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose (2) to the power steering pump (3).
4. Remove the clamp retaining the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose (2) to the remote power steering fluid reservoir (1).
5. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose (2) from the vehicle.

1. Position the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose (2) to the vehicle.
2. Install the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose (2) to the remote power steering fluid reservoir (1).
3. Install the remote power steering fluid outlet hose (2) to the power steering pump (3).
4. Install the remote power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose clamps.
5. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding.
