Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1481369 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the surge tank inlet hose assembly from the radiator support tabs.

    3. Object Number: 1481364 Size: SH
  3. Remove the radiator support bolts.

    4. Note: Note the position of the radiator support in relationship to the fan shroud. This must be reassembled correctly in order to retain the fan shroud.

  4. Remove the radiator support.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1481368 Size: SH

    Note: Position the radiator support in the correct relationship to the fan shroud.

  1. Install the radiator support.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1481364 Size: SH
  2. Install the radiator support bolts and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1481369 Size: SH
  3. Connect the surge tank inlet hose assembly to the radiator support tabs.
  4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
