Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1256868 Size: SH
  1. Raise the hood.
  2. Remove the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  3. Remove the weatherstrip.
  4. Remove the air inlet grille retaining screws, clips, and the 2-piece grille.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1256868 Size: SH
  1. Install the 2-piece grille with the air inlet grille retaining clips and screws.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the air inlet grille screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  2. Install the weatherstrip.
  3. Install the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  4. Lower the hood.
