Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement for Chevrolet Epica 2007

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
3. Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
4. Remove the rear hub unit from the knuckle assembly, because the wheel speed sensor is not serviceable separately. Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement .

Important: The wheel speed sensor is served as an assembly, hub-wheel speed sensor. Therefore, the additional working procedure for air gap is not needed.

1. Install the rear hub unit. Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement .
2. Connect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
