    Object Number: 1375626 Size: SH
  1. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement.
  2. Remove the front exhaust pipe lower bracket bolts and the front exhaust pipe lower bracket.
  3. Remove the front exhaust pipe nuts.
  4. Remove the pup converter gaskets.

    5. Object Number: 1375627 Size: SH
  5. Remove the front exhaust pipe-to-front-muffler nuts.
  6. Remove the catalytic converter gasket.
  7. Detach the front exhaust pipe assembly from the rubber hanger.

    8. Object Number: 1375628 Size: SH
  8. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connectors.
  9. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

    10. Object Number: 1375629 Size: SH
  10. Remove the exhaust manifold retaining nuts and the exhaust manifolds.
  11. Remove the exhaust manifold gaskets.
