DW-110-060 Engine Assembly Support Fixture

Important: Only lift the engine far enough to take the weight off the transaxle front mount assembly, or damage to the mount and lifting equipment failure may occur.

1. Support the engine assembly using DW-110-060 .
2. Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .
3. Remove the front crossmember. Refer to Engine Front Crossmember Replacement .



4. Remove the engine front mount retaining bolts from the block.
5. Remove the engine front mount assembly.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the engine front mount assembly.

Tighten
Tighten the engine front mount retaining bolts to 65 N·m (47.9 lb ft).




2. Install the front crossmember. Refer to Engine Front Crossmember Replacement .
3. Install the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .
4. Remove the support fixture DW-110-060 .
