Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1256868 Size: SH
  1. Raise the hood.
  2. Remove the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.
  3. Remove the weatherstrip.
  4. Remove the air inlet grille retaining screws, clips, and the 2-piece grille.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1256868 Size: SH
  1. Install the 2-piece grille with the air inlet grille retaining clips and screws and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
  2. Install the weatherstrip.
  3. Install the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.
  4. Lower the hood.
