Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 1256796  Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  2. Remove the rear bumper fascia extension, if equipped. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement.
  3. Remove the rear wheel mud guards. Refer to Rear Mud Flap Guard Replacement.
  4. Remove the fascia bolts at the top of the rear wheel wells.

  5. Object Number: 1256798  Size: SH
  6. Remove the lower fascia screws.

  7. Object Number: 1256801  Size: SH
  8. Remove the rear combination lamps. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement.
  9. Remove the luggage compartment wheelhouse trim panel. Refer to Cargo Area Rear Trim Panel Replacement.
  10. Remove the fascia bolts in the luggage compartment.
  11. Remove the upper fascia screws.
  12. Remove the fascia.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 1256801  Size: SH
  1. Install the fascia.
  2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the upper fascia screws.
  4. Install the luggage compartment fascia bolts and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
  5. Install the rear combination lamps. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement.

  6. Object Number: 1256798  Size: SH
  7. Install the luggage compartment wheelhouse trim panel. Refer to Cargo Area Rear Trim Panel Replacement.
  8. Install the lower fascia screws.

  9. Object Number: 1256796  Size: SH
  10. Install the rear wheel well fascia bolts and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
  11. Install the rear wheel mud guards. Refer to Rear Mud Flap Guard Replacement.
  12. Install the rear bumper fascia extension, if removed. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement.
  13. Install the rear wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
