Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Equinox 🢒 Body 🢒 Lighting Systems 🢒 Hazard and Turn Signal Flasher Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) center trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    2. Object Number: 1344245 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws that retain the hazard and turn signal flasher switch to the I/P center stack. Remove the switch.

    3. Object Number: 1246236 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the hazard and turn signal flasher switch.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1344242 Size: SH
  1. Align the switch with the trim bezel and fasten in place.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).


    Object Number: 1246236 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the hazard and turn signal flasher switch.
  3. Install the I/P center trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  4. Test the flasher switch for proper operation.
