Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left side air deflector from the instrument panel (I/P). Refer to Instrument Panel Air Outlet Replacement in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.

    2. Object Number: 1344274 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the dimmer switch.
  3. Remove the screw from the I/P dimmer switch.
  4. Remove the switch.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1344274 Size: SH
  1. Install the dimmer switch to the left side air deflector panel.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  2. Install the electrical connector to the dimmer switch.
  3. Install the left side air deflector panel to the I/P. Refer to Instrument Panel Air Outlet Replacement in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
  4. Test the dimmer switch for proper operation.
