The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
The power door locks are inoperative.
The power door locks activate when driving.
The power mirrors are inoperative.
The content theft deterrent goes off.
The power windows are inoperative.
The sunroof is inoperative.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Inspect the wire harness in both front doors for chaffing on the front of the window regulator. Repair the wires as needed and reroute to prevent any further chaffing.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
