Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1087638 Size: SH
  1. Remove the heat shield bolts (2).
  2. Remove the heat shield (1) from the exhaust manifold.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1087638 Size: SH
  1. Install the heat shield (1) to the exhaust manifold.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the heat shield bolts (2) to the exhaust manifold.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
