Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications.

Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement.
3. Remove inner belt seal. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
4. Lower window to access release tab.

Depress release tab with a flat-bladed tool.

Tip

1. Pull window out of the regulator guide plate.
2. Slide window down and out of primary run channels.
3. Remove window by tilting outboard and pulling window out of door.
4. When re-installing, slide window into door through outside.
5. Install window into primary run channels and position into regulator guide plate.
6. Operate window to inspect operation.
