Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1870239 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Place a jack-stand and a block of wood under the oil pan.

    3. Object Number: 1398177 Size: SH
  3. Remove the transmission mount bolt.

    4. Object Number: 1398172 Size: SH
  4. Remove the transmission mount-to-transmission bolts.
  5. Remove the transmission mount from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1398172 Size: SH
  1. Install the transmission mount-to-transmission bolts and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

    2. Object Number: 1398177 Size: SH
  2. Install the transmission mount bolt and tighten to 110 N·m (81 lb ft).

    3. Object Number: 1870239 Size: SH
  3. Remove the jack-stand and block of wood under the oil pan.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
