Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2009 🢒 Equinox 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.4L 🢒 Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure
  1. Support the engine. Refer to Engine Support Fixture.
  2. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 1398179 Size: SH
  3. Remove the transmission mount to transmission bolts.

    4. Object Number: 1398178 Size: SH
  4. Remove the transmission mount to frame rail bolts.
  5. Remove the mount from the engine.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the transmission mount on the frame rail.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1398178 Size: SH
  2. Install the transmission mount to frame rail bolts and tighten to 37 N·m (27 lb ft).

    3. Object Number: 1398179 Size: SH
  3. Install the transmission mount to transmission bolts and tighten to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).
  4. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement.
  5. Remove the engine support. Refer to Engine Support Fixture.
