Procedure

Remove the luggage carrier center rails by flipping up the side retainers and sliding the center rails rearward off the side rails.

Procedure

Remove the luggage carrier center rails by flipping up the side retainers and sliding the center rails rearward off the side rails.

Luggage Carrier Support Screw (Qty: 8)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Tighten in mandatory sequence as indicated in image.

Tighten
6 N·m (53 lb in)

Luggage Carrier Front Rail Nut (Qty: 2)

Tighten
4 N·m (35 lb in)

Luggage Carrier Side Rail

Procedure

Slide the rail assembly rearward and lift up to disengage the rail assembly from the vehicle and access the hidden fasteners.
