Was the Interior Lamps System Check performed?

Go to Interior Lamps System Check

1. Ensure that the dome lamps OFF switch is in the retracted, or the lamps on position.
2. Disconnect the connector at the left front door jamb switch.
3. Ensure that the ignition switch is in the OFF position or the LOCK position.
4. Connect a unpowered test lamp between the left front door jamb switch connector, cavity A for CKT 328 (PPL), and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Repair the open in CKT 328 (PPL) between splice S240 and the left front door jamb switch.

Do the dome lamps light when the left front door is open?

Go to Interior Lamps System Check

Go to Step 4

Connect a self-powered test lamp between the left front door jamb switch connecotor, cavity A for CKT 150 (BLK), and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Replace the left front door jamb switch.

Do the dome lamps light when the left front door is open?

Go to Interior Lamps System Check

Go to Step 6

Repair the open in CKT 150 (BLK) between the left front door jamb switch and ground G201 or ground G200 (upfitter provisions).
