Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle with suitable safety stands. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the air baffle from the vehicle. Refer to Air Intake Baffle Replacement - Radiator in Body Front End.
  3. Disconnect the oil cooler lines from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 160859 Size: SH
  4. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 160859 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary oil cooler.
  2. Install the air baffle to the vehicle. Refer to Air Intake Baffle Replacement - Radiator in Body Front End.
  3. Connect the oil cooler lines to the vehicle. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement .
  4. Remove the safety stands.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
