Side Marker Lamp Replacement RPO T90

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 325527  Size: SH
  1. Remove the screw (4) that retains the front side marker lamp to the radiator grille.
  2. Lift the side marker lamp (3) up and out in order to disengage the tab.
  3. Disconnect the bulb socket (1) from the side marker lamp.
  4. Remove the bulb (1) from the socket.

Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the bulb (1) into the socket.
  2. Connect the bulb socket (1) into the side marker lamp.
  3. Install the side marker lamp (3) to the radiator grille (5).
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the side marker lamp retaining screw (4).
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

Side Marker Lamp Replacement RPO X88/ Z88

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the screw (4) that retains the side marker or the reflector to the radiator grille.
  2. Remove the side marker lamp (3) or the reflector (5) from the radiator grille.
  3. Disconnect the bulb socket (2) from the side marker lamp.
  4. Remove the bulb (2) from the socket by turning the bulb in a counterclockwise direction.

Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the bulb (2) into the socket.
  2. Connect the bulb socket (2) into the side marker lamp.
  3. Install the side marker lamp (3) or the reflector (5) to the radiator grille (1).
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.   5. Install the side marker lamp or reflector retaining screw (4) to the radiator grille.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).
