The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Vibration while driving. Center bearing of the two piece propshaft may have pulled out of the rubber insulator bracket. Propshaft slide joint may be bound or stuck. Propshaft may also have separated into two pieces while driving.
Recommendation/Instructions:
A design change has been implemented for the G2 and G3 177", 159" and 155" wheel base vehicles equipped with 4L80E (MT1 and MN8) transmissions only. Replace the existing propshaft with one of the following:

Note: No updated shafts are available for vehicles equipped with 4L60E (RPO - M30) transmissions.
