Up and Down Adjustment
Remove the sliding side door upper roller cover. Refer to
Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement
.
Remove the sliding side door lower roller cover.
Loosen the bolts that retain the upper front roller to the door.
Loosen the bolts that retain the lower front roller to the door.
Loosen the nuts that retain the rear roller to the door.
Adjust the door up or down until you obtain the desired position.
Caution:
Refer to
Fastener Caution
in the Preface section.
Tighten the nuts that retain the rear roller to the door to
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
.
Tighten the bolts that retain the upper front roller to the door to
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
.
Tighten the bolts that retain the lower front roller to the door to
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
.
Install the sliding side door lower roller cover.
Install the sliding side door upper roller cover. Refer to
Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement
.
In and Out Adjustment
Remove the sliding side door upper roller cover. Refer to
Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement
.
Remove the sliding side door lower roller cover.
Loosen the bolts that retain the upper front roller to the bracket.
Loosen the bolts that retain the lower front roller to the bracket.
Adjust the door in or out until you obtain the desired position.
Tighten the bolts that retain the upper front roller to the bracket to
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
.
Tighten the bolts that retain the lower front roller to the bracket to
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
.
Install the sliding side door lower roller cover.
Install the sliding side door upper roller cover. Refer to
Rear Side Door Upper Roller Bracket Garnish Molding Replacement
.
