Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console in the G Van Service Manual.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp/fuel gage select switch assembly.

    3. Object Number: 823044 Size: SH
  3. Remove the switch assembly from the instrument panel cluster trim plate by releasing the retainers on the instrument panel cluster trim plate from the switch.
  4. Remove the switch assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 823044 Size: SH
  1. Install the headlamp/fuel gage select switch assembly to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the switch assembly to the instrument panel cluster trim plate by pushing on the switch in order to engage the retainers on the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the switch.
  4. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console in the G Van Service Manual.
