All paint repairs are to be submitted as Labor Only.

For color/clear coat or refinish/clear coat operations, each applying labor operation number and time specified in the Labor Time Guide must be entered in the appropriate Failed Labor Operation and Labor Operation Hours column of the Warranty Claim Form

The material code shown under each operation labor time, must be converted into its corresponding Material Allowance dollar amount using the Material Code Chart. Refer to the Material Allowance Conversion Chart -- Flexible Finish or the Material Allowance Conversion Chart -- Paint Finish. The Material Allowance figure must be entered in the Net Item Material Column of the Warranty Claim form for each repair.
