Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1335397 Size: SH
  1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement .
  2. Remove the oil fill tube bolts.

    3. Object Number: 1731250 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oil fill tube.
  4. Remove and discard the oil fill tube O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1731250 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW O-ring seal onto the oil fill tube.
  2. Install the oil fill tube.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1335397 Size: SH
  3. Install the oil fill tube bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 21 N·m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the upper radiator fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement .
