Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Express - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 6.6L (LBZ and LLY) 🢒 Fuel Filter Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the fuel from the diesel fuel conditioning module (DFCM). Refer to Water-in-Fuel Draining.

    2. Object Number: 1663150 Size: SH
  2. Unbolt the DFCM from the bracket and secure out of the way.
  3. Unbolt the DFCM brackets from the frame.

    4. Object Number: 1662568 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1662568 Size: SH
  1. Install the bracket.

    2. Object Number: 1663150 Size: SH
  2. Bolt the DFCM to the bracket.
  3. Prime the fuel system.
  4. Start the engine and check for leaks.
