Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Express - AWD 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning 🢒 Heater Coolant Heater Blower Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement .
  2. Remove the heater coolant heater glow plug. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Glow Plug Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1658955 Size: SH
  3. Remove the heater coolant heater blower cover retaining screws (1).
  4. Remove the heater coolant heater blower cover.
  5. Remove the heater coolant heater blower retaining screws (3).

    6. Important: Remove and discard the gasket.

  6. Remove the heater coolant heater blower (4) from the combustion unit.

    7. Important: Note the routing of the wiring to ensure proper installation.

  7. Using J-38125-560 remove the heater coolant heater blower wiring from the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1658955 Size: SH
  1. Install the heater coolant heater blower wiring to the electrical connector.
  2. Install the heater coolant heater blower (4) to the combustion unit with a new gasket.
  3. Install the heater coolant heater blower retaining screws (3).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the heater coolant heater blower cover.
  5. Install the heater coolant heater blower cover retaining screws (1).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  6. Install the heater coolant heater glow plug. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Glow Plug Replacement .
  7. Install the heater coolant heater. Refer to Heater Coolant Heater Replacement .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
