Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to Auxiliary HVAC Module Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 301711 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws from the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module.
  3. Remove the heater core from the module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 301711 Size: SH
  1. Install the heater core to the module.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the screws to the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module and tighten to 1.9 N·m (17 lb in).
  3. Install the auxiliary HVAC module. Refer to Auxiliary HVAC Module Replacement.
