Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2009 🢒 Express - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, or 7.0L 🢒 Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe and Hole Cover Installation

    Note: Position the gasket O-ring seal (308) onto the nipple portion of the pipe.

  1. Install the seals onto the engine coolant air bleed pipe and covers.

    2. Object Number: 1403313 Size: SH
  2. Install the pipe (307) and seals (308).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the bolts (309) and tighten to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 1403314 Size: SH
  4. Install the covers (313) and seals (308).
  5. Install the bolts (312) and tighten to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
