Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1335397 Size: SH
  1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement.
  2. Remove the oil fill tube bolts.

    3. Object Number: 1731250 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oil fill tube.
  4. Remove and discard the oil fill tube O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1731250 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW O-ring seal onto the oil fill tube.
  2. Install the oil fill tube.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1335397 Size: SH
  3. Install the oil fill tube bolts and tighten to 21 N·m (15 lb ft).
  4. Install the upper radiator fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement.
