Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1731205 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 1731224 Size: SH
  3. Remove the MAP sensor bolt.
  4. Remove the MAP sensor bracket and sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1731224 Size: SH
  1. Install the MAP sensor and bracket.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the MAP sensor bolt and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1731205 Size: SH
  3. Connect the MAP sensor electrical connector (2).
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.
